About the role
Connect clients in Japan with TECHNEST’s software development and outsourcing services. We welcome fresher, junior and senior candidates who communicate confidently in Japanese.
Responsibilities
Identify, approach and build relationships with clients in Japan.
Understand client needs and collaborate with the technical team on solutions.
Help prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Support existing clients, develop long-term partnerships and attend business networking activities.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent qualification.
JLPT N1 and confident Japanese communication in a professional setting.
A proactive, responsible approach, strong listening skills and consistent follow-through.
An interest in IT and willingness to learn about TECHNEST’s services.
Experience levels
Fresher: Sales experience is not required; communication skills and willingness to learn are key.
Junior: Experience in sales or customer service, with the ability to approach clients and follow up on opportunities.
Senior: Experience developing B2B accounts, preferably in IT/outsourcing, with negotiation, deal-closing and key-account development skills.
Compensation and employment
Permanent employment（正社員）in Yokohama.
Base salary: JPY 250,000–350,000 per month, negotiable according to skills and experience.
Incentive based on a percentage of revenue, with no cap. Rates and applicable conditions will be discussed during the interview.
